The newly remodeled hotel features 49 rooms and 20 elegant suites with soft lighting and a contemporary look and feel to make any stay comfortable and enjoyable. The most elegant room in the hotel, the presidential suite, comes with a king size bed, 50-inch plasma TV, small dining table with chairs, desk with chair, a Jacuzzi tub with whirlpool, gas fireplace, an iPod Home, dazzling chandelier, granite countertops and a wood finished ceiling. Deluxe rooms located in the back of the hotel, come with a private patio or balcony, and standard rooms come with a king size bed or two queen size beds. Deluxe and standard rooms all come with a 42-inch plasma TV.
Berlin Hotel & Suites not only offers 69 luxurious rooms to stay in, the hotel can be a prime location for a business meeting, party or even a wedding. The hotel offers a complete conference center with four meeting rooms to accommodate any type of meeting.
The Executive Boardroom can hold up to 14 people, which is a perfect location for a small meeting. The room is complete with state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment, which includes a projector screen, DVD/VHS player, presentation boards, high-speed wireless Internet, computer connections and an independent phone line.
The Conference Room is ideal for birthday parties, bridal or baby showers, as it can accommodate up to 42 people. This room also features all of the state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment the Executive Boardroom offers.
The Ballroom is significantly larger than the executive boardroom and conference room and can hold up to 125 people. This room also offers state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment.
The final meeting room is the Banquet Room, which can accommodate up to 250 people. This room provides an ideal location for a wedding reception or company dinner. State-of-the-art audio and visual equipment is also available in this room, as well as a podium.

One of the unique things about this recently remodeled hotel is the 26-seat private movie theater, which makes this hotel the only hotel in the state of Ohio with a movie theater.
