Dreams are what Weaver Furniture is all about. From the moment customers walk through the front doors, they are treated to a memorable experience. Roy Weaver, store manager and brother of Wayne Weaver, owner, credited his expert staff of knowledgeable, experienced sales people for contributing to the company’s high customer satisfaction. “They don’t use any high pressure techniques to get you to buy furniture. They are focused on finding out what you want for your home. They know so much about the furniture we sell, and explain to the customer all about which craftsman made the item, how it was made, and what other options are available. The sales staff strives to educate the customer. If what you want is not here, we can still help you with a custom-built piece.”
“Our builders, many of whom are Amish, take great care and great pride in every piece they make,” stated Weaver.
He stressed that the company’s signature line of home furnishings, the Weaver-Craft line, carries a 10-year limited warranty, so customers know that, unlike many pieces of mass-produced furniture, their selections will be a durable and beautiful addition to their home for a very long time.
“Even the delivery team is concerned about customer satisfaction. When delivering your new furniture, they don’t just drop it off and leave. They tell you all about the best methods of taking care of your new pieces, and make sure they are set up to your specifications. They care about what they do,” said Weaver.
Weaver Furniture has a philosophy, expressed in one simple word: passion.
“I, and my staff, are passionate about seeing our customers find the exact furniture they want. We don’t have a goal of unloading inventory. We want our customers to be happy.”
Although it is hard to imagine not finding pieces you love in the large 14,000-square-foot Weaver Furniture showroom, those looking for something out of the ordinary can speak with sales staff about having their own heirloom piece created just for them. Roy Weaver emphasized that there is really no limit to what the excellent team of designers and craftsmen can create for a customer.
